  I have to say, When i first moved to parkville this place was the only store close for quick items without a 20 minute trip each way which was awesome. I have now been in around 15 times and the first half of those were not very good visits, Grumpy owner & didn't feel welcome. Now when i go, Everything is good...even the old man cracked a joke today which was nice too see. Pricing overall good considering the gas and time for the alternative. They seem to get better and better as time goes on, Don't know if its because of my constant visits or what but ill improve stars when it improves a bit more

  The people that work here have A knowledge and willingness to listen and help you figure out what you need. It’s true they don’t have everything you could possibly need from the hardware store. But that doesn’t stop them from being the ultimate place! to go when you need to figure out how and what to fix something.-m

  I worked on my leaking toilet myself instead of hiring a professional. I was able to ask questions, and find the parts, and answers I needed there. Very knowledgeable salesman. I googled the closest hardware store to my home because I did not want to drive so far. Glad I found this hardware store. I did not remember it was there. Great place!
